Alexander Technique
- The Alexander Technique is a way of becoming more aware of balance, posture and movement in every day activities.
- We become aware of tension previously not noticed, which can lead to freer movement and a release of energy and vitality.
- Introductory classes in the Alexander Technique start on Thursday evenings 14 February 2008.
The class takes place in an upper room above St. Saviour’s hall. Booking is essential. For this and further information please ring Hilary Dalby on 01360 660427.
Book Group
The St Saviour’s Book Group began at the end of 2002. When studying a book the list will be published in advance together with the dates on which the books will be discussed. The idea is that people will have read the books before coming to the Club. We also arrange outings to éArts venues during the year, which you may wish to attend. The Book Group is open to friends from other churches and local community - you don’t have to be a member of St Saviour’s to participate.

Tai Chi

Walking Group
- Weekly Walks every Tuesday (term times mostly) 10am - 1pm approx.
- Friendly Sociable Group enjoying leisurely walks within the Stirling Area, and occasionally traveling further afield, ending each walk with coffee and a chat.
- We welcome new Members Young and Old - so please feel free to join our happy group.

Children
Good Friday Fun
Children of all ages joined together in St. Saviour’s Hall to enjoy a morning of art and learn about The Easter Story.
Young Church
The aim of the Young Church is to nurture and educate young people in all aspects of the Christian Faith. St Saviour’s Young Church is for children of primary school age. We meet at 10am each Sunday during the school term in the church hall and follow a programme of activities which is based on the bible readings that are being read in church on that day. For younger children, a crèche is provided, also in the church hall.
The children join the congregation in time to share the peace and communion. They either sit at the front or with their own families. From time to time, particularly at festivals, worship in church is for everyone and the Young Church and Crèche meet with everyone else for the 10 o’clock service. Many members of the Young Church help lead the worship by acting as readers and servers.
We are very flexible and recognise that everyone is an individual and anyone who would be happier to remain in the main church with whoever has brought them to church is welcome to do that too.
Burns Supper
We held a joint Burns Supper in Stirling with Holy Trinity and St. Mary’s, Dunblane. It was a pleasure to welcome a group visiting from the Diocese of Meath and Kildare, including Bishop Richard and our own Bishop David.
